Thank you so much for booking in your first session with Emma Sowerby, our Personal Trainer, specialising in Injury Prevention & Recovery.
She is here to support you to create sustainable change through strength and mobility, reducing the chance of injury and injury reoccurrences. You will work towards regaining efficient movement and functional fitness to create independence and body self-awareness.
To start, session 1 will be focused on a Posture and Mobility Assessment so that Emma can build a personalised programme to equip you with the skills and knowledge of exercises that can support you on your Injury Prevention and Recovery Journey.
Following on from the detailed assessment, Emma can discuss with you the number and regularity of sessions needed.
Please Note: Before beginning with our personal trainer, a medical professional should have been consulted for injury diagnosis and should confirm that an injury recovery journey can begin.
