Welcome to the December Newsletter – a little late due to technical problems but here we are.

HAPPY NEW YEAR – our team hope you have a happy and healthy New Year – call us if you need any help for your feet, back, shoulders, knees or neck etc.

In Decembers newsletter we are looking at an overview of October, November and December. From 2026 we will be working on a monthly newsletter – probably on the last day of the month.

October was a mixed month of information – we included a piece about keeping your feet healthy, Skiing and other winter activities and lastly the event at the end of November.

Feet are a complex and intricate structures that can walk, run, jump, climb and leap.

Feet need regular care and attention to remain healthy. Here are some hints and tips on how to keep your feet fit and healthy.

Is your body ready for skiing?

Check out this blog before your next skiing holiday

Don’t forget skiing, snowboarding etc., are strenuous exercises that your body needs to prepare for.

At Theale Wellbeing we often see people who have been inspired to suddenly increase their activity with various sports only to develop an injury because they did too much too quickly.

In conjunction with this years Theale Christmas Market we opened our doors to you.

It was lovely welcoming so many new faces as well as our friends and supporters. It was a busy few hours especially on the tombola and the Cake stall, that were both run by Ali Clark-Morris, in aid of the Village of Hope and the Hudson Foley Memorial Campaign for Carbon Monoxide Travel Safety. In the raffle we had 4 Carbon Monoxide travel detectors as prizes, wine, chocolates and more. In addition Hayley was on hand to talk about mole mapping and had a great display of products from Tropic.

Here are a few images of the event.

We were very focused on the event at the end of this month and included pieces on both Jayne and Hayley who were on hand that day alongside Theresa and Cathy as well as Lloyd.
