I’m Lee Avery, an award-winning Bowen Therapist, Lymphatic Drainage and Talking Therapies Therapist with a passion for helping people to feel the best they possibly can. I have over 14 years’ experience of helping people to achieve their optimum well-being both physically and mentally.
I believe that the body and mind are intrinsically linked, and I can help with all areas of both physical and mental pain. My treatments are for all ages, and I love the variety of helping my clients who range from 4 to 96 years old.

Whatever type of pain you are experiencing, Bowen works on a deep level. It gently and powerfully helps your whole-body re-balance. It does not just work on the specific area. Bowen Therapy is also known to relax your central nervous system, allowing your body to be more in its ‘rest and repair’ state which is so often under active in our highly stressed modern lives. The beauty of Bowen is that we look at the whole body – it is all connected! My aim is not just to relieve the pain but prevent it coming back. Lymphatic Drainage works on the lymphatic system allowing toxins to be released form the body, therefore reducing, bloating, brain fog, digestive issues and helps to boost the immune system.
My talking therapies can be used in conjunction with my Bowen Therapy Treatments or as a stand-alone session. I have become increasingly aware of how much the mind can influence the body. My end goal is to help you feel better both physically and emotionally.
I am passionate about helping people to feel better and I share lots of hints and tips on my website and my regular newsletter. For example, next month we celebrate optimist day and there are some simple things we can do to improve our mood, especially during challenging times.
