Minor Mail Surgery video link

We have seen a steady increase in patient needing minor nail surgery for ingrowing toenails. We are seeing a number of young people who are finding that nails are sore preventing them from enjoying activities such as sport or dancing. One of our patients asked us to video his minor surgery – so we did. https://thealewellbeingcentre.co.uk/minor-nail-surgery-video/

We are very fortunate to have two hypnotherapist here at Theale Wellbeing Centre. We introduced Adam a couple of months ago and now we would like to introduce Theresa.

This blog takes you to a link of the whole 40minute + interview. You will also find on our website the interview split into three parts if that works better for you 🙂

In out latest podcast we are very pleased to introduce Cathy Foley. Cathy’s son, Hudson, very sadly died of carbon monoxide poisoning whilst travelling in Ecuador. Listen to her story and what she has achieved in memory of her son.

Safer Tourism – Pack Safe

In September we put out an advert for additional podiatrists as they clinic had got so busy and we like to be able to offer people an appointment as quickly as possible.

We were delighted when Abiola joined us – find out more about her in this biog.

The clinic was really busy on November 29th as we opened our doors for a Celebration of Wellbeing. Ali and Lloyd set up the tombola heaving with prizes and a cake stall full of delicious goodies. They were raising money for the Village of Hope plus a contribution to the Pack Safe Appeal. As well as this Hayley was on hand to advice about any skin lesions/moles as well as presenting a display of the lovely products from Tropic.

In our beautiful room one Cathy Foley told us the story behind the Pack Safe Appeal. Theresa talked about hypnotherapy. We served free coffee and a number of people bought slices of cake or cookies to go with their hot drink. On top of this goodies bags were presented to those who brought their postcard invites.

It was a great event in conjunction with the Theale Christmas Market – we were lucky enough to be across the road from Santa’s Grotto – with his sleigh parked just outside our building.

Thank you to everyone who visited us and helped raise money for both charities. We had ten raffle prizes that were won by a whole group of different people who will be informed during the next few days.
