As part of our commitment to providing the highest levels of care and quality advice and treatment to our customers we conduct ongoing surveys into the levels of improvement and customer service experienced by our patients, here are our latest results.

Here at Theale Wellbeing Centre (near Reading) we use an online service called Care Response to monitor the progress of our osteopathy patients. Currently we can report that 77% of our patients state that they definitely feel better 90 days after commencing treatment with an osteopath having had, on average, 3 or 4 treatments.

In terms of the care received by our patients, 81% report that they are “very satisfied”. Another measure suggests that 68% of our patients rate us as “excellent” and 32% as “very good”. Our reception services are rated as “very good” or “good” by 72% of patients.
