I am a Therapist and Yin Yoga teacher, with over 28 years experience and passionate about helping people navigate complex health challenges. I graduated from the University of Westminster with a BSc in Health Science and Complementary Therapies and over the years have continued to explore ways to provide effective treatments, by taking post graduate training. I offer compassionate, individualised care through a range of massage therapies, reflexology, aromatherapy, meditation, and yin yoga and, more recently, oncology scar therapy.

I have extensive specialised experience working in Cancer and Palliative Care in NHS hospitals in London and Manchester and more recently Basingstoke, and Hospice work in Surrey, and with trauma experienced by survivors of war in Bosnia. I have also been fortunate to live and work in an international yoga teacher training and retreat centre in Spain.

In today’s fast-paced world, marked by numerous responsibilities and life events, it’s common to experience exhaustion and its consequences on our health. Whether we invest just a few minutes a day, or more substantial amounts of time, making our health and wellbeing a priority is crucial, and the therapies and classes I offer, are tailored to support your specific needs with this.
