In my early twenties, I travelled and lived in South East Asia and Australasia. During this time, I completed my Reiki Master Level 1, which opened up a whole new perspective on holistic medicine and healing. This experience ignited my passion to expand my expertise, leading me to discover the profound benefits of acupuncture and Chinese Medicine.
After experiencing acupuncture first-hand and witnessing its transformative effects, I decided to pursue training as an acupuncturist at the prestigious College of Integrated Chinese Medicine (CICM) in the UK. I completed a three-and-a-half-year Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Acupuncture, which involved dedicated study and nine months of treating various patients and conditions in the student clinic. Through this time I learnt how to treat a range of conditions including; mental and emotional health, chronic and acute pain, women’s health, skin and allergies, digestive and urinary health, rehabilitation and supportive care and much more.
Committed to upholding the highest standards, I am a proud member of the British Acupuncture Council. I actively engage in continuous professional development (CPD) assignments, driven by my commitment to excellence and continual growth in my practice.
In my spare time I enjoy preparing and sharing wholesome meals and learning about nutrition. I prioritise time exercising to ensure my overall health is supported. Additionally, I find pleasure in long walks in nature and finding comfort through listening to music.
